For example, when making sangria, I figured out that using frozen organic berries and peaches eliminated the need for ice cubes. I’m sure someone else has done this...but nobody came forth with it. Also, there is a vast array of edible flowers, like the nasturtium at the top of this page...and even if they don’t taste great, it’s still cool to say, “I ate flowers in my salad.” But don’t throw those nursery~bought roses into your next amazing creation...the pesticide thing is a real turn off.
